How delivery works
Call (876) 926-3611 with your list and your address. We check stock while you are on the line, quote the delivery based on the size, weight and distance of the order, and agree a day. No surprises at the gate, the price is set when the order is.
Delivery earns its keep on the heavy end of the store: cement, blocks, lumber, steel, zinc sheets, water tanks and a full job’s worth of paint. For a handful of fittings or a single tin, most people walk in or send someone. For anything that would strain a car boot, we bring it to the site.
When the truck arrives, check the goods before the driver leaves and flag anything that is off. One thing worth knowing before you order: bulk materials like cement, sand, blocks and lumber cannot be returned once they leave the store, so we help you size the order right at the counter first.

Trade accounts for working contractors
If you buy materials for a living, a trade account keeps your pricing consistent from one job to the next. Working contractors, plumbers, electricians and builders can apply. Accounts are subject to approval and may include credit limits, payment terms and discount tiers set in your account agreement. The full terms are in section 6 of our Terms of Service.
Alongside the account itself, job-sized orders get bulk order pricing, and we quote large orders as a whole, materials plus delivery to the site, so you can price your job before you commit to ours.

Where do you deliver?
Across Kingston and St. Andrew, and out to the neighborhoods in our service area including Half Way Tree, New Kingston, Liguanea, Constant Spring, Stony Hill, Mona and Papine, Hope Pastures, Six Miles, Portmore and Spanish Town. If your address is nearby but not on that list, call and we will tell you straight whether we can reach you.
What can you deliver?
Cement, blocks, lumber, steel, zinc sheets, paint and bulk orders. Small parts most people walk in for, but anything heavy or job-sized is what the delivery service is for. Please inspect your goods on arrival and flag any issues before our driver leaves.
How do I open a trade account?

Yes. For a full job's worth of materials, call or come in with your list and we will price the whole order, including delivery to your site. Bulk order pricing applies on job-sized quantities.
